This weekend was a special time for Kadampas in California, who enjoyed the California Dharma Celebration, which was held both in-person and online. For those who attended n person at KMC Los Angeles, it was a wonderful opportunity for California Kadampas to come together and catch up after a long break from in-person gatherings.

Gen Kelsang Rigpa, Western US National Spiritual Director and Resident Teacher at KMC Los Angeles, granted the blessing  empowerment of Medicine Buddha and gave teachings on profound meditation and prayer practices that have the power to heal ourselves and others.

"Dharma Celebrations are so valuable. They offer a place to receive blessings of Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, all at once. This weekend's California Dharma Celebration was no exception.

"Gen Rigpa gave beautiful teachings on the healing medicine of holy Dharma, which has inspired many of us to continue to heal our own body and mind so that we can do the same for others."
