Last weekend, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, Deputy Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU and Resident Teacher at IKRC Grand Canyon, granted the blessing empowerment of White Tara and gave teachings on the four seals of Buddhism. Listen to an excerpt from one of the teachings below.

The meditations were led by Gen Kelsang Tabkay, Resident Teacher at KMC Phoenix. Gen-la Jampa then guided seven sessions of retreat.

108 Sangha from three different countries came together both in person at the Kadampa Temple for World Peace and online.
