"The first weekend of April we had the online visit of Gen-la Thubten. In this very special course, "Deep relaxation, deep mental freedom", Gen-la transmitted teachings on emptiness in a very deep and accesible way. He also guided beautiful meditations so that we could mix our mind with these teachings.

"More than 160 people from many parts of Argentina (Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Cordoba, Mendoza, La Pampa, San Luis, Salta, Chubut) and Uruguay participated in this event.
It was the first time for many people to listen to teachings on emptiness, and everyone was delighted to receive such deep instructions in a very understandable way.
