What will I learn at the Fall Festival?
At the 2020 Fall Festival Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong will grant the blessing empowerment of Medicine Buddha and then teach:
- How to develop the power to heal ourself and others through the supreme medicine of faith and wisdom.
- Heart advice into the practice of Medicine Buddha sadhana (a method for accomplishing the attainments of Medicine Buddha) & Medicine Buddha Prayer (a method for benefitting others).
- A commentary to both Medicine Buddha Sadhana and Medicine Buddha Prayer and the relationship between them from oral instructions from the heart of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
O Blessed One Medicine Buddha, who love all living beings,
Merely through hearing your holy name,
The sickness of the three poisons will cease.
We prostrate to you, O King of Lapis Jewel Land.
Who will teach at the Festival?

Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong, General Spiritual Director
The empowerment and commentary will be given by Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong. Gen-la is a powerful Teacher of many years standing who is well-known for her ability to convey the essential teachings of Buddha in a clear and accessible way ideally suited for people of this modern age.
The meditations will be led by Gen Kelsang Chokga, NSD for Spain and Portugal, and the retreat will be led by Gen Kelsang Rabten, NSD for Australsia and South Asia.
