the cherishing never stops
As with many Kadampa centers Tharpaland KMC in Germany did not sit idly by during lockdown waiting for the visitors to return but worked hard to improve conditions for future guests.
In January we featured the work they had started on converting the old ballroom in the Schloss into a dining room for guests. Yesterday, during center cherishing, they moved into the newly finished dining room. The previous dining area will now be converted into a modern cafe for visitors.
Elsewhere, the shrine in the main meditation room was thoroughly cleaned, and after a hard day's work everyone gathered on a glorious summer's evening to enjoy a delicious vegetarian barbecue.
