A SPECIAL WEEKEND OF GREAT JOY AND GREAT NEWS
It was an extraordinary weekend at Centro de Meditación Kadampa Chile in Santiago.
Over a hundred people gathered to enjoy a blissful national Dharma Celebration with Guen Sangden only to hear the amazing news that the International Temple’s Project had completed the purchase not just of the building they were presently renting but also the adjacent building, increasing the center’s space to 700 m2.

The Dharma Celebration
Guen Sangden the National Spiritual Director of Chile granted the empowerment of Buddha Amitayus and gave a commentary to the practice of The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus and teachings on emptiness and transforming adverse conditions into the spiritual path according to Venerable Geshe-la’s book The New Eight Steps to Happiness. The meditations were guided by Kelsang Osel and the retreat was led by Guen Chokyong the Resident Teacher at CMK Chile.
