This newsletter will focus on the official Festival accommodations to help you choose the best option.

Please note that a major benefit of booking your accommodation through the Festival website is that you will also be able to book the shuttles, which will run between the hotels and Festival site throughout the day.

In addition to being chosen for their quality, price and proximity to amenities, the official Festival hotels were also selected to meet the various needs of Festival attendees.

Here are some checklists to help you choose

Hotels for those on a budget
The following hotels are comfortable, clean and affordable:

• Baymont – $105-$125
• Rodeway Inn – $105-$120
• Aspen Hotel Inn & Suites – $90-$110
• Days Inn West Route 66 – $115-$125
• Circle Pines KOA – $85-$275

3-star hotels
The following hotels are modern, spacious and provide a higher level of accommodation:

• Courtyard by Marriott – $180-$200
• Springhill Suites by Marriott – $200-$240
• Holiday Inn Express – $165-$180
• Hampton Inn & Suites – $165-$180
• Fairfield Inn & Suites – $165-$180
• Sonesta – $200-$260

Hotels with kitchens
Although almost all offsite Festival accommodations include a refrigerator and microwave, the following offer full kitchens:

• Sonesta
• Circle Pines KOA (only deluxe cabins and cottages)

For people traveling with children, these options all provide comfortable accommodations and space for families to enjoy the Festival experience together:
