Fall Festival 2024 ~ Day 8
Nov 2, 2024
22 November 2018
We instinctively feel that the world exists ‘out there’, independent of the mind that perceives it, but in reality the world in which we live is merely a projection of our mind. By understanding Buddha’s explanation of the real nature of things, as explained in The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra, and changing our perceptions accordingly, we will develop a light and joyful approach to life and discover a deep inner peace and happiness.
This was the profound message of Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang when she granted the empowerment of Wisdom Buddha Manjushri and gave teachings on wisdom at the third Austrian Dharma Celebration in Vienna last weekend.
Her extraordinary teachings were accompanied by meditations and retreat led by Gen Kelsang Palden, the Resident Teacher of KMC Austria.
