Having confidence in yourself

We have survived the difficulties in our life so far therefore we can feel encouraged that we can cope. Because thoughts and feelings are transient, they will change naturally, however the longer we hold onto negative thoughts, the heavier they become so we need to learn to drop these negative thoughts immediately and not dwell on them. This podcast offers helpful advice to help us not be overwhelmed by the never ending challenges life gives us.
