Seventh Kadampa Temple
For World Peace
In just a few short days, the project to build the 7th kadampa temple for World Peace at KMC France will begin.
Building will continue throughout 2027 - the year we celebrate 50 years of Venerable Geshe-la's kindness. Throughout 2027 we can rejoice in and celebrate the wonderful progress of the Temple build.
The ongoing creation of this holy place is a wonderful object of celebration. Its appearance is a living testament to the expanding reach of modern Kadampa Buddhism, promising a beautiful oasis of peace in the heart of Europe and for future generations.
Resident Teachers Kindly Use Their ITTP time To Prepare KMC France for The start of this Auspicious project
As ITTP gets underway at Manjushri KMC, many Resident Teachers from across Europe have come KMC France to help repair the château's moat walls. Once the work is complete, we'll be able to let the water back in and restore a little more of the beauty of this special place. Some are working on various other building jobs while others are preparing food or working in the cafe.
We are so happy to welcome them, and we can already see that many people are taking advantage of their blessed presence.
For the KMC France community and these resident teachers alike, it is a truly special time as we look forward to the beginning of the new Temple.
