Conishead Priory Grounds & Paths

During the Carnival holiday, KMC Brazil offered its Sangha and the wider community a beautiful and meaningful alternative — two simultaneous programs dedicated to cultivating mental peace and deepening Dharma practice.
At the Temple for World Peace in Cabreúva, Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Drime guided a special "Detox" holiday program focused on the law of karma. Each day began with inspiring teachings, followed by guided meditations and Q&A sessions in the afternoon, and concluded with Heart Jewel practice and a guided meditation on karma. It was a complete and auspicious program, warmly welcoming newcomers and offering them a precious first encounter with Kadam Dharma.
At the same time, IKRC Ganden Ling hosted a Vajrasattva Great Preliminary Guide Retreat, bringing together Kadampas from different regions of Brazil in concentrated mantra recitation — a powerful collective act of purification and inner renewal.
Together, the two programs created a truly special Carnival: one of reflection on the law of cause and effect and sincere purification practice at every level. Nearly 600 people visited the Temple for the first time, while over 100 practitioners engaged in formal practice for consecutive days
We could not feel more fortunate to have such a blessed place as a refuge for Brazilians, and to witness more and more people coming into contact with Kadam Dharma through this precious Temple that arose from Venerable Geshe-la's heart. May we continue practicing, supporting one another, and expanding this web of kindness — a web that, as Geshe-la teaches, begins within our own mind.
During the long Carnival weekend, the Sangha of KMC Argentina had the joy of enjoying a beautiful out-of-town Lamrim retreat, contemplating and gaining experience in the 15 meditations presented in Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche's precious book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions.
Over four meaningful and deeply nourishing days, practitioners came together in a spirit of Dharma friendship, guided by the inspiring teachings of Kelsang Panchen and Gen Kelsang Rinchung, along with the heartfelt guidance of María Florencia Kais.
What a blessing to have such qualified Teachers and such a perfect opportunity to bring Geshe-la's precious instructions into our hearts.
Once a month, parents and children come together in a spirit of joy and warmth at KMC Nantes in France, to discover and explore the art of meditation as a family.
During these special sessions, Kadampa Teacher, Emmanuel guides both young and old on a gentle inner journey — learning to better understand and manage their emotions through an enriching story, a creative workshop, and a guided meditation. What a beautiful offering, giving families the precious gift of turning inward together and planting the seeds of peace in the hearts of the next generation. How fortunate we are that, thanks to Venerable Geshe-la's vision of a Kadampa center for everyone, these doors are open to families of all backgrounds.
An Inspiring New Project that will shape the future of Manjushri KMC's diverse and peaceful woodlands.
