Conishead Priory Grounds & Paths
Jun 5, 2026
We welcomed in the New Year at Kadampa Mexico under the loving protection and healing energy of Green Tara during our special 24-hour retreat.
Between December 31 and January 1, we enjoyed six profound sessions of meditation and prayer, creating space to plant the seeds of peace in our mind, renew our intentions, and begin 2026 with greater clarity, inner strength and spiritual inspiration.
Green Tara reminds us that help, courage and compassion are always available when we direct our mind toward wisdom. Her energy encourages us to let go of fear, overcome obstacles and move forward with confidence and lightness on the spiritual path.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in this retreat, and to each volunteer whose dedication and generosity made this deeply meaningful experience possible.
At KMC Guadalajara we welcomed 2026 by offering 100 Lights for World Peace, with a heartfelt wish to possess the wisdom that dispels the darkness of our ignorance, and helps us to be freed from our delusions, so that we can benefit all sentient beings.
There were lots of volunteers full of loving hearts and hardworking hands involved in making sure that the event was well thought out, prepared and carried through joyfully. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen and also to those who came and enjoyed it!
What a wonderful way to start this new year by connecting with our compassionate nature, through the blessings of Arya Avalokiteshvara - the Buddha of Compassion - and the kind and skillful guidance of our Resident Teacher, Gen Shima.
May all virtuous wishes be fulfilled!
At KMC Cuernavaca we closed the year with the blessings of Buddha Avalokiteshvara.
More than 100 practitioners gathered to meditate, give thanks, and plant seeds of compassion for the new cycle that is beginning! It was a wonderful way to end 2025.
On December 30 and 31, at Drolma Kadampa Buddhist Center in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Mexico, we held an inspiring 24-hour Tara retreat, guided by Teacher, Omar Montero.
May everything be auspicious for Kadampa centers around the world in 2026!
At Menlha KBC we had an incredible talk by our Resident Teacher, Kelsang Palkyong! He gave a one-hour talk on intentions for 2026, focusing on wishing for others to enjoy happiness. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious dinner, along with raffles, gifts, and even Dharma questions! It was a truly fun and joyful evening to connect and learn together.
An Inspiring New Project that will shape the future of Manjushri KMC's diverse and peaceful woodlands.
