We were all delighted to welcome Kadam Bridget Heyes back to Wales for this special weekend. The Meditation Room was full and an overflow video link was provided in the Cafe Lounge as she granted the empowerment of Medicine Buddha. We felt the power of his blessings and she encouraged us to have confidence that through relying on Medicine Buddha we can heal our body and mind and awaken our own potential for enlightenment.

Over the rest of the weekend Kadam Bridget gave teachings and commentary on the practice of Medicine Buddha Prayer emphasizing how an understanding of emptiness opens the door to profound transformation. She encouraged us to see beyond the ordinary and to feel confident to apply these methods in our daily life, benefitting ourselves and others.
