KMC Spain celebrated its first anniversary since opening the temple
On the 10th of June, KMC Spain celebrated its first anniversary of the 6th Kadampa Temple for World Peace. The program included guided visits to the Temple and the site, gift raffles, various cafés, shop, activities for children, and the most popular event: a public talk with the National Spiritual Director (NSD) in Spain and resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Chokga. Around 600 people enjoyed this event.
Around 600 people enjoyed this unforgettable evening, which will undoubtedly impact the spread of the Kadam Dharma in the area very positively.
The community of residents and local Sangha created a very welcoming environment that all visitors greatly appreciated.
Tania (KMC Spain AD) concludes: “This event has become a classic, to be perpetuated every year. The Temple is so beautiful, powerful, and blessed that people are amazed when they visit it. The vision of our beloved founder, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, comes true when we organize events like this. How fortunate we are to be part of this.”
