KMC Canada
About 125 people attended the inspiring public talk 'How to Be Happy ~ Ancient Buddhist Wisdom for Modern Times' with Gen Samten Kelsang at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada this week. A vast majority of these attendees were experiencing Modern Kadampa Buddhism for the first time.
IKRC Grand Canyon
On Saturday, June 10th, the IKRC Grand Canyon hosted its first-ever Fun Fair with over 200 people in attendance. The day was filled with lots of kids games face painting and pizza! 8 local vendors came to support and all sold out of their products. The Fire Department was on hand for both the big and little kids, there was also a rummage sale, and our Cafe and gift shop was busier than ever!
KMC Barcelona
Gen-la Kunsang taught a public talk offered by KMC Barcelona, where she shared with wisdom and humor 3 attitudes to integrate in our life and make it happy and meaningful.
Approximately 170 people took the time to listen and reflect upon these wonderful teachings.
Khalpa Badhra KBC
NORTH WALES, LLANDUDNO- Four Truths for a Happy Life, A Special Evening Event with Kelsang Jangchub.
Last week over 70 people joined a talk at Venue Cymru where Kelsang Jangchub skilfully introduced everyone to Buddha's very first teaching on the Four Noble Truths.
KMC Geneva
This past weekend KMC Geneva held a meditation retreat at Kailash IKRC.
Gen Jikgyob guided meditations and gave teachings on emptiness and correctly identifying ourself. Practitioners from all parts of Suisse Romande came together to deepen their understanding of this profound topic — Fribourg, Lausanne, Geneva.
