She encourages us to think in faithful ways so that powerful blessings pour from our Root Guru’s heart to our heart and so that we can make a deep connection with Buddha Shakyamuni. As faith in Buddha is the root of our spiritual life and all realisations, Gen-la takes time to help us understand how to develop and maintain this faith.

Of key importance is realising that temporary liberation from particular sufferings is not good enough and that Buddha is actually liberating us by revealing the liberating path of wisdom that leads to permanent freedom from all suffering. We look forward to learning more tomorrow!
