This past weekend marked the first retreat at Kadampa Meditation Centre México, in the new custom built temple. The Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Sangden guided four meditation sessions where the participants had the opportunity to contemplate and put into practice the fundamentals of meditation.
The Temple has been completely transformed overnight in preparation for the Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment of Vajrayogini. A stunning, newly created metal statue of Vajrayogini rises majestically from within the empowerment shrine.
