KMC Adelaide hosted its first away weekend retreat
Last weekend students from KMC Adelaide in Australia spent a peaceful time in the beautiful tree-filled Belair, learning together, discussing and encouraging each other.
"Across multiple sessions we enjoyed Gen Tsalden’s teachings on things like where happiness comes from, negative and positive states of mind, and how to practically apply these helpful Buddhist teachings to our busy modern lives.
"We can’t wait to come back in October for our next weekend retreat!"
