Spring Festival 2026 Day 3
May 25, 2026
The Welsh Dharma Celebration 2022 recently took place in the midst of storms and wild weather at KMC Wales in Swansea.
"We were delighted to welcome Kadam Bridget Heyes, UK National Spiritual Director, who granted the empowerment of Buddha Manjushri and gave a powerful transmission of the essential practices of Lamrim as presented in The Mirror of Dharma with Additions.
"In-person places were sold out as people enjoyed the opportunity to meet friends new and old and share this special blessed time together."
"Before the Celebration, Kadam Bridget Heyes gave a Public Talk at Brangwyn Hall titled Resilience. Kadam Bridget explained simple but profound techniques from Buddha's teachings that we can use to stay strong despite challenging circumstances."
"Thank you Kadam Bridget for a wonderful, meaningful time, thank you to everyone who help to make this possible, but most of all, thank you Venerable Geshe-la from whom all these wonderful developments arise."
It's another beautiful day at the Festival. It's warm and sunny, and the atmosphere is happy, relaxed and very blessed. We start the day with beautiful Amitayus prayers and this is followed by a series of extraordinary teachings from Gen-la Khyenrab giving deep insight into the practice alongside practical teachings from The New Eight Steps
