In preparation for the blessing and opening of the Sixth Kadampa Temple for World Peace in Málaga Spain on June 10, KMC Spain has arranged a special online course celebrating the five existing World Peace Temples. The five Gen-las are teaching the outer and inner conditions for world peace - the five forces. Below we feature the first teaching given by Gen-la Dekyong. On March 5, the second teaching with Gen-la Khyenrab will be broadcast.
2,000 people receive profound instructions online
The first teaching, which was given by Gen-la Dekyong, General Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, celebrated the opening of the first Kadampa Temple for World Peace at Manjushri KMC with a special teaching on the force of motivation. Over 2,000 people from all over the world came together online to listen.
Gen-la Dekyong, explained how through Kadampa Buddhist Temples for World Peace appearing in this world we are creating the best outer conditions for World peace.
And how through the practice of cherishing others we are creating the best inner conditions for World Peace.
Through this teaching we can understand the importance and the function of Kadampa Buddhist Temples for World Peace and pray that they appear in every city of this world.
