The 15th French Kadampa Festival
The 15th French Kadampa Festival was held at KMC France over the last 6 days with Gen-la Kelsang Thubten granting the blessing empowerment of White Tara and giving teachings on training the mind.
The entire Festival was in-person only, with no online participation available.
"170 people gathered at the Chateau from all over France and enjoyed six days of teachings, meditations, good company and much laughter and joy.
"Gen-la's teachings were profound, accessible and inspiring showing us how by relying on the teachings from the heart of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche we can find a profound wisdom that releases us from self-cherishing and empowers us to develop a deep compassion and bodhichitta that opens the door to attaining enlightenment quickly and smoothly.
"The meditations and retreat were led by Gen Kelsang Eupame, Resident Teacher at KMC France and NKT National Spiritual Director for France.
"Throughout the Festival, the place was buzzing with the joy of Dharma. What a delight it was to share this experience in-person with so many pure minded people.
"Thank you Gen-la, thank you Gen Eupame, but most of all thank you Venerable Geshe-la for making all this possible."
