KMC Canada recently enjoyed an Inner Peace Meditation Retreat with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, who is the Resident Teacher in Toronto and National Spiritual Director for Canada.
The sixth Kadampa Temple for World Peace is presently under construction in Malaga Spain. All the statues and all the adornments for this and other Temples are made at the Kadampa Art Studio at the mother center, Manjushri KMC, in the UK. There are now a number of openings for volunteer visitors to help with preparations for the Malaga Temple.
Kadampa Meditation Center DC was founded in 1994 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, a world-renowned Buddhist Master who has introduced Modern Buddhism into contemporary society. It provides a powerful source of Kadam Dharma in the capital city.
During the 2020 Online International Fall Festival there are opportunities at some Kadampa Centers to take part with other Kadampas, watching on a large screen and staying in center accommodation with the meditation room, accommodation and meals all arranged according to official Covid-19 guidelines. Yesterday at KMC Stockholm we took delivery of 100 copies of Universal Compassion in Swedish. This is the fourth book of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche published by Tharpa Sweden since 2017.
