"In Cali, our Resident Teacher Guen Sangton offered advice about forgiveness and learning to meditate.

"In Medellin we are starting regular classes with Kelsang Legden on how to start meditating and purify our karma.

"In Bogotá we held Prayers for World Peace, Foundation Program and a Dharma class for children emphasising the mind of patience and how to transform adversities.
"It is wonderful how well these classes are received, whose only objective is to benefit others and bring to our society much love, empathy, wisdom, compassion, inner peace and happiness.
