Anyone fortunate enough to be present at the recent opening of the Kadampa Temple for World Peace Grand Canyon will have witnessed first-hand the results of the great kindness of those who contributed to its construction.

Overseen by the International Temples Project, this and many other Temples around the world, both traditional and urban, are funded in part by donations from Kadampas wishing to help fulfill Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche's wish for a Kadampa Temple in every city in the world.

Special opportunty
Every year in October we have a special opportunity to make a financial contribution to this auspicious project by taking part in the Work a Day for World Peace program. This year the day is Friday October 18.

You can donate a day's wages, or whatever is comfortable for you, simply by pressing the 'Contribute' button on the website.  You can donate before Friday 18 if you wish.
