This weekend 200 people from KMC New York City travelled upstate to the World Peace Temple in Glen Spey. where they took part in their annual country retreat.

'Every year, we take this opportunity to retreat from the city and receive teachings from Kadam Morten on emptiness.

'This year, Kadam Morten explored the relationship between compassion and emptiness, and how it is emptiness that enables us to let go of our ordinary identity and become a Bodhisattva - a being bound for enlightenment.'
