In the delightful surroundings of KMC Barcelona’s retreat center a short distance from the magical mountains of Montserrat, over 200 people from Castellón, Valencia, Girona, Tarragona, San Sebastián, Barcelona and Madrid gathered this weekend for the Northern Spain Dharma Celebration.

‘Guen Kelsang Chokga, National Spiritual Director for Spain and Portugal, granted the empowerment of Vajrapani and with characteristic humor and great wisdom gave sublime teachings on the four noble truths, the six perfections, emptiness, and the spiritual power of Vajrapani. She shared a vision that encouraged us all to focus on practicing virtue.

‘Everyone present took these powerful blessings and teachings to heart. The Celebration ended with a blissful retreat led by the Resident Teacher Guen Kelsang Lochani.

‘Visitors for the event were able to enjoy the new accommodation recently completed at the center - two new buildings, one with seven rooms and one with three. How wonderful!
