A mantra is a strong request which comes from our heart, not our head, and requires alot of concentration. In this mantra, we are requesting permanent liberation from all Samsaric rebirth for ourselves and all living beings. All of the realizations of Kadam Lamrim, Sutra and Tantra are included, so it is very powerful.
