Last weekend, we had the great good fortune to enjoy our precious Colombian Dharma Celebration in Bogotá. Gen-la Kelsang Sangden, Deputy Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, National Spiritual Director of Kadampa Buddhism in Mexico, and Resident Teacher of KMC Mexico visited KMC Colombia to grant the blessing empowerment of Buddha Maitreya and share inspiring teachings on loving kindness.
The event was filled to capacity, creating a joyful and uplifting atmosphere throughout the weekend. Everyone was delighted to receive Gen-la Sangden’s teachings and to spend time together enjoying the special spiritual atmosphere of the Celebration.
Through her teachings on loving kindness, Gen-la Sangden encouraged everyone to deepen their connection with this beautiful mind and to discover how developing a warm and loving heart can bring greater happiness and harmony into our lives.
It was a very special weekend filled with blessings, inspiration, and the joy of practicing Dharma together. We are deeply grateful for this precious opportunity to receive Buddha Maitreya’s empowerment and teachings and to share this meaningful time with the Colombian Kadampa community.
