Rejoicing on NKT day 2025
Apr 5, 2025
Over a four-day long weekend, more than 30 people gathered to learn about the law of karma and how to purify our negative karma for a happy future through the practice of Vajrasattva.
We had the opportunity to reconnect, rest, reflect, and deepen our meditation practice.
Many thanks to Venerable Geshe-la! May Dharma flourish unceasingly!
Over 100 participants enjoyed a wonderful weekend away retreat organized by the Avalokiteshvara KBC, Huelva, at KMC Spain.
In this retreat, Gen Kelsang Sherab, Resident Teacher of KBC Avalokiteshvara, led meditations and gave valuable teachings on how to be our protectors, improve our minds and cultivate virtuous actions.
Everyone enjoyed this wonderful weekend with moments of sharing, silence and many blessings.
An old convent of Capuchin friars located in the mountains of Ticino was the setting for a retreat on Mahamudra meditation organized by KBC Menla of Locarno in Switzerland.
Thirty participants were learning to go deeper into their hearts to discover the nature of consciousness and understand how to find freedom from delusions.
Gen Chö, the Resident Teacher of KBC Menla, guided us in meditating on the clarity of the mind. We used analogies given by Buddha such as understanding that thoughts are like waves of an ocean: they arise and then dissolve again into the ocean of our mind in an endless continuum. Gradually we came to experience the gift of a quiet and peaceful mind.
