UPDATE - CHANGE of TEACHER FOR WEEK 1 OF THE SUMMER FESTIVAL
Gen-la Khyenrab has been requested and kindly accepted to teach week one of the Summer Festival as Gen-la Jampa is not able to attend for health reasons, following a standard operation.
Summer Festival 2023 Week 1
In Week 1 of this special Festival, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will teach the stages of Kadam Lamrim of Sutra. These practices are an essential foundation for receiving Highest Yoga Tantra teachings.
In addition to attending the live in-person event, there will also be an opportunity to join the Festival online. All online sessions will be streamed 48 hours after the live session.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is a Retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition - International Kadampa Buddhist Union. He is the National Spiritual Director for Canada and the Resident Teacher at Tara IKRC.
Gen-la studied and practised for many years with his Spiritual Guide Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. He is deeply respected throughout the Kadampa world as a sincere practitioner and powerful teacher.
