ten german cities meet Kadam Dharma
For two weeks Gen Ananda, National Spiritual Director of NKT for Germany, travelled throughout the country giving public talks on "Buddhas Weg zum Glück" (Buddha's path to happiness) in some major cities such as Berlin, Dresden, Munich, Stuttgart, Freiburg, Wiesbaden, Karlsruhe, Frankfurt, Essen and Hamburg.
"This was the first time in two years the German NKT Dharma Centers organised events in public places due to the lockdown and pandemic. Altogether 400 people attended these talks, bringing the local communities together again.
"The co-host for the events was Tharpa Verlag Germany who presented the German edition of The Mirror of Dharma by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche..
"In his talks, Gen Ananda gave a practical introduction to Buddhist practice based on this precious book and explained how to take the best decision we can take in life - to practice Buddha's teachings purely and sincerely."
