KMC Málaga recently held a special event at which Gen Kelsang Chokga, National Spiritual Director of Spain and Portugal, granted the empowerment of Great Mother Prajnaparamita.

Gen Chokga mainly emphasized the minds of faith and wisdom. We understood that with wisdom we can really solve all our daily problems, especially with the wisdom realizing the true nature of things.

With regards to our faith, she reminded us of the importance of putting the commitments of refuge into practice. She gave special emphasis to the practice of Guru Yoga, the gateway to receiving profound blessings. With faith, wisdom and a good motivation it is not difficult to become a Buddha.

We all received a lot of inspiration and blessings!

The event concluded with a retreat led by Kadam Gabby, who kindly and insightfully helped us gain experience and confidence in the Yoga of the Great Mother Prajnaparamita, by which we can overcome all obstacles and attain the Higher Perfection of Wisdom. We are all on our way, how lucky we are!
