For this special retreat, 20 people attended Tharpaland KMC and another 73 joined online.
The retreat, based on the first three verses of Eight Verses of Training the Mind by Bodhisattva Langri Tangpa, provided an opportunity to deepen our experience of the explanations given by Gen-la Dekyong during the first week of the Summer Festival.

Gen Kelsang Ananda is the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in Germany and the Resident Teacher at Tharpaland Kadampa Meditation Center.
Kadam Morten Clausen is the Eastern US National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center NYC.

Tharpaland Kadampa Meditation Centre is a public charity dedicated to providing the local and German community with opportunities to experience and learn about Buddhism, meditation and retreats.
Everyone can benefit from an internal practice that reduces stress, increases stability of mind, and leads to lasting peace and happiness.
