On Vajrayogini Day, Sangha from New Zealand gathered on the Kapiti Coast for the NZ Kadampa Festival 2026. Gen Kelsang Sangden, granted the blessing empowerment of Vajrapani and gave practical teachings on transforming adversity through practicing Kadam Dharma.

The 2026 Australian Festival was held at Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia in the Dandenong Ranges, where Gen Kelsang Sangden granted the Vajrapani empowerment and taught practical methods for transforming adversity into spiritual power through joyful meditation and Dharma practice together.
This year’s Asian Festival was held on the beautiful Lantau Island in Hong Kong. More than 200 people from Asia gathered together for a meaningful holiday with teachings, family activities, cafe and shop. It was full of love and joy.
On 12-14 December Kadampas from across Wales and beyond gathered to receive Medicine Buddha empowerment from UK National Spiritual Director Kadam Bridget Heyes.
From the 5th to the 8th of December, over 500 people from all over Spain joined the 20th Spanish Dharma Celebration at the Temple for World Peace in Malaga, to receive the teachings and empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani from the NSD, Gen Kelsang Chokga.
