KMC Cologne, is being transformed into a special place for practice and Inspiration. It was founded in 2021 under the direct guidance of Venerable Geshe-la,to become an important place within the region offering people the opportunity to learn and practice Kadam Dharma.
Discovering Ceilings, and Progressing with Demolition: The construction of the future Kadampa Meditation Center Granada continues to progress.
This past weekend was a truly special moment in the history of Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre, as around 300 people gathered to celebrate the opening of our beautiful new meditation hall with Gen-la Khyenrab.
Work has begun on the development of a new center in Granada, and we’ll be following the progress closely on kadampa.org. To kick things off, here’s the first episode of Granada Watch.
This blessed space, Tara IKRC’s new Meditation Hall, is inspired by the vision of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, where everyone is welcome to enjoy peace and tranquility, is opening at 7.30pm on the evening of September 19th 2025.

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Compassion KMC opened their newly renovated meditation room. The event was also marked by the visit of two of its past Resident Teachers.
