Huge developments at the Brazilian Temple
Kadampa Meditation Center Brazil have been working with an architect to prepare a substantial plan for future construction. The plan includes:
- expansion of the accommodation building, with new shared rooms to accommodate up to 80 people, 20 new ensuite rooms and some self-contained units with enhanced accessibility
- tripling the capacity of the dining area to cater for up to 200 people
- a new retreat center in a quiet area near the woods
- additional residential units
- expanded parking area
LANDSCAPING PROJECT
"The plan includes: planting more trees to provide shade and enhance the beauty of the site.
"The plan is to increase the forested area to create a beautiful park for visitors to enjoy and relax."
INSTALLING A SOLAR POWER STATION
"We are also working on sustentability. We are about to install a solar power station that will supply all the energy needed in the property."
