The Collected Works of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche is at the heart of all activities and practices in NKT centers around the world. Currently, the full collection has been translated into only four languages: English, Spanish, French, and German. Tharpa Sweden is now benefiting their community with a second book launch this year – the sixth book translated into Swedish – The New Meditation Handbook.

The recent visit of the National Spiritual Director of France, Gen Eupamé, was warmly received in Lyon, France. Two talks were organized: Overcoming Your Fears in Croix-Rousse and Meditating with Joy and Efficiency at Lamrim KBC. In Canada, another successful visiting teacher course took place at KMC Montreal, where Marie-Claude Martel from KMC Quebec taught on Investing in Inner Wealth.
Some Kadampa centers organized open-air meditations in September, taking advantage of the good weather.

From September 20th to 22nd, Gen Ananda, NKT National Spiritual Director for Germany and the Resident Teacher of Tharpaland KMC in Berlin, was the special guest Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Austria in Vienna. He taught a wonderful and practical course called “How We Can Really Enjoy Our Life – The Kadampa Way of Life”.
In recent weeks, many people had the opportunity to receive Buddha’s special blessings. Here we feature KMC Malaga, Tharpaland KMC (Germany), KMC Madrid – La Sierra (Spain) and KMC Trois-Rivières (Canada).
In September, some Kadampa centers organized away retreats to allow their students to focus on gaining insight into the mind.
