\u00faltimo dia do Festival e, como de costume, conclu\u00edmos assistindo o v\u00eddeo \u201cA Vida de Buda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Como Vener\u00e1vel Geshe-la diz ao final do v\u00eddeo, esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma pe\u00e7a comum, mas um direcionamento correto que devemos tomar se quisermos realizar o significado real de nossa vida humana.<\/p>\n<p><a nos instiga a jamais cansar desta hist\u00f3ria, mas assistir de novo e de novo, e especialmente todos os anos nos Festivais.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta hist\u00f3ria vemos o poder que uma inten\u00e7\u00e3o pura e as a\u00e7\u00f5es puras possuem para transformar a vida humana e trazer imenso benef\u00edcio aos outros.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gallery.kadampa.org\/International-Festivals\/2018-Fall-Festival\/Day-7\/i-qgSL7KD\/A\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/International-Festivals\/2018-Fall-Festival\/Day-7\/i-qgSL7KD\/0\/c4e5292d\/XL\/8BERG7179-XL.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Assistindo, \u00e9 inevit\u00e1vel lembrar da hist\u00f3ria de nosso pr\u00f3prio Guia Espiritual, e como atrav\u00e9s de sua vida ele demonstrou como transformar uma vida humana moderna em um caminho para a ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o que traz benef\u00edcios para incont\u00e1veis seres vivos. \u00c9 uma mensagem muito inspiradora para levarmos do Festival.<\/p>\n<p>Gen-la Khyenrab se juntou a n\u00f3s para assistirmos o v\u00eddeo, e foi muito comovente v\u00ea-lo t\u00e3o profundamente envolvido na hist\u00f3ria, e de tempos em tempos secando as l\u00e1grimas em seus olhos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gallery.kadampa.org\/International-Festivals\/2018-Fall-Festival\/Day-7\/i-HkRVLhW\/A\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/International-Festivals\/2018-Fall-Festival\/Day-7\/i-HkRVLhW\/0\/fabe77a5\/XL\/9BERG7219-XL.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ao final, Gen-la nos deu um \u00faltimo encorajamento, que ele trouxe das palestras do Vener\u00e1vel Geshe-la ao final de exibi\u00e7\u00f5es passadas.<\/p>\n<p>Ele nos encorajou a fazer tr\u00eas coisas:<\/p>\n<p>Cuidar de nossa sa\u00fade, especialmente nos alimentando de forma saud\u00e1vel e evitando extremos.<\/p>\n<p>Mantenha-se feliz todo o tempo, controlando nossas delus\u00f5es e sempre mantendo uma mente pac\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>Manter a harmonia onde quer que vamos, por aplicar os ensinamentos em apreciar os outros que recebemos neste Festival.<\/p>\n<p>Que conselhos lindos e
