This month precious blessing empowerments were given in Florida, Chiapas and Quebec. The empowerments offered us the special blessings of a deep guided meditation ceremony. We learned to strengthen and protect our wisdom and compassion.

At the beginning of December, Kadampa communities in the UK and the US hosted blessing empowerments of Je Tsongkhapa, Medicine Buddha, Buddha Shakyamuni, and Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara. With thoughtful preparation, these special ceremonies welcomed participants to receive blessings and deepen their spiritual connection with Buddha through meditation and meaningful teachings.

KMC Madrid recently hosted two inspiring events. Nearly 100 people attended a public talk on ‘How to Be Happy’, led by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tsongmo. Following this, participants enjoyed some stillness during a ‘Silence and Concentration’ retreat, that focussed on compassion in the tranquil setting of KMC Madrid La Sierra.

Empowerments brought people together, showing how spiritual practice fosters meaningful connections and reminds us that we share a common goal, no matter where we are.

From the transformative blessings of Medicine Buddha at KMC Peru to celebrating the eighth anniversary of KMC Colombia, and a heartfelt retreat with Green Tara at KMC Cordoba, this weekend brought profound moments of spiritual connection in South America.

The weekend course Dreams and Their Meaning with Gen Kelsang Lochani in Barcelona inspired participants to explore the dream mind and cultivate the wish to purify our minds. At The World Peace Temple in London, Gen Zoma led a powerful Green Tara empowerment, filling the space with blessings and wisdom. Meanwhile, KMC Basel hosted a beautiful Green Tara empowerment, bringing the community together in a joyful day of spiritual connection and inspiration.

Gen-la Khyenrab’s auspicious visit to Scotland included visits for the first time to KMC Aberdeen and a special weekend at KMC Edinburgh. Everyone felt very inspired to go deeper on the spiritual path.
