\n\t\t\tThe Festival was an unforgettable celebration of faith and spiritual transformation. With joyful hearts, we gathered to receive the precious blessings of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion, from Kadam Bridget Heyes, National Spiritual Director for the UK.\t<\/h3>\n

Kadam Bridget shared profound and practical teachings that opened our hearts and minds, reminding us that each of us has the potential to view the world with compassion and wisdom. Her guidance helped us recognize that by transforming our mind, we can become a source of peace for others.<\/p>\n

Days at the Festival began and unfolded with beautiful meditations guided by Gen Kelsang Chokga, our beloved National Spiritual Director. These moments of quiet reflection deepened our connection with Avalokiteshvara’s enlightened mind, preparing us to receive his blessings in a deeply moving and joyful empowerment ceremony, followed by the transmission of the uncommon practice of Avalokiteshvara according to the Ganden Oral Lineage.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Teachings\n\t\tTeachings & Empowerment with Kadam Bridget Heyes\n\t

We also had the precious opportunity to engage in a short retreat with Gen Kelsang Rigden, our Resident Teacher at the Kadampa Temple for World Peace in Portugal. His gentle guidance allowed us to internalize the teachings and nourish the seeds of compassion sown throughout the Festival.<\/p>\n

With hearts full of inspiration, we offer our deepest gratitude to Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, whose extraordinary kindness has given us a perfect spiritual life and the opportunity to connect with the pure and blessed lineage of Kadam Dharma teachings.<\/strong><\/p>\n
