Here are highlights from events in Los Angeles in the US, Peru, and Campinas in Brazil.<\/h3>\r\n<h3>KMC los angeles<\/h3>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>KMC peru<\/h3>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>KMC campinas<\/h3>\r\n<h2 id=\"item1\">Special Course at KMC Los Angeles with Gen-la Jampa<\/h2>\r\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"NKT - KMC LA - 2026IMG-20260221-WA0011\" src=\"https:\/\/kadampa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/NKT-KMC-LA-2026IMG-20260221-WA0011.jpg\" alt=\"NKT - KMC LA - 2026IMG-20260221-WA0011\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1440\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p>On a recent Saturday, over 70 people gathered at <a href=\"https:\/\/meditateinla.org\">KMC Los Angeles<\/a> for a truly beautiful day retreat on the emptiness of the self, guided by the inspiring teachings of Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition-International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU).<\/p>\r\n<p>Drawing on Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche&#8217;s precious book <em><a href=\"https:\/\/kadampa.org\/book\/modern-buddhism\">Modern Buddhism<\/a><\/em>, Gen-la Jampa led the assembly through a clear and practical exploration of this profound subject &#8211; one that lies at the very heart of the path to liberation. Practitioners had the rare opportunity to meditate, reflect, and connect with one another in a warm and meaningful atmosphere, experiencing firsthand how Geshe-la&#8217;s teachings make even the most profound aspects of Dharma accessible to everyone.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>What a precious gift to have such a qualified Teacher share these liberating insights with so many open hearts. On Sunday, a course on love and attachment offered clear and accessible teachings that helped practitioners reflect on how to love more\u00a0unconditionally, purely\u00a0and sincerely.\u00a0 Both sessions were warmly received and took place in a harmonious, joyful atmosphere, with the center looking beautiful and welcoming throughout.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>The Sangha of KMC Peru expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Gen Kelsang Atisha for sharing such precious teachings, and to everyone who participated and helped organize these events.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h2>Blessed Empowerment at KMC Campinas, brazil<\/h2>\r\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"NKT - KMC CAMPINAS - 202620260214_123617\" src=\"https:\/\/kadampa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/NKT-KMC-CAMPINAS-202620260214_123617.jpg\" alt=\"NKT - KMC CAMPINAS - 202620260214_123617\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1081\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<p>From February 13 to 17, practitioners at <a href=\"https:\/\/budismocampinas.org.br\">KMC Campinas<\/a> in Brazil had the great good fortune to receive Prajnaparamita empowerment &#8211; four precious days of teachings, practice, and deep spiritual connection guided by Gen Kelsang Janglam, Resident Teacher of KMC Campinas.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prajnaparamita is a female Buddha embodying the perfection of wisdom. Through her blessing, practitioners opened their hearts to a wisdom that dispels all obstacles and leads to lasting peace and freedom.
