January short Retreat at KMC Barcelona<\/h3>\r\n

During this January retreat, we explored the wisdom of emptiness, a profound opportunity to contemplate the true nature of reality and to develop a lighter, clearer and more liberating view of our experience, guided by Gen Kelsang Tonglam and Gen Kelsang Lochani.<\/p>\r\n

This period of study and meditation was supported by several days of concentration retreat, in which we calmed the mind and strengthened mental power, creating a stable and receptive foundation for deepening our understanding of emptiness.<\/p>\r\n

We share here a few moments from this time of practice together – moments of silence, meditation and a strong sense of community.<\/p>\r\n

Step by step, we continue to practice together. We were deeply inspired by the presence and guidance of Gen Kelsang Tonglam, National Spiritual Director for Hong Kong and the Philippines, whose clarity and example greatly enriched this retreat.<\/p>\r\n

With gratitude, we continue the retreat guided by Gen Kelsang Lochani, further deepening our meditation on the central channel, drop and winds – a path of inner transformation that unfolds gradually, step by step.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

A special half-day course at nagarjuna KMC<\/h3>\r\n

It was wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces gathered for Kadam Bridget’s inspiring half-day course, How to Live Your Best Life<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n

Kadam Bridget, the National Spiritual Director for the UK, offered clear, practical guidance that deeply resonated with everyone present. Celebrating this special course on Heruka Day made the occasion even more joyful and auspicious.<\/p>\r\n

Our heartfelt thanks to Venerable Geshe-la for his immeasurable kindness in making it possible for us to enjoy such a meaningful and blessed day of Dharma practice.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We greatly enjoyed a very successful public talk with visiting Teacher Gen Tonglam at KMC Madrid<\/a> City Center. Over 120 people gathered to receive profound and inspiring teachings on Changing the Rules of the Game<\/em>, drawn from the wisdom of Kadampa Buddhism presented by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.<\/p>\r\n

The atmosphere throughout the evening was deeply peaceful and blessed. At the end of the talk, many people wished to stay longer, touched by the clarity of the teachings and the strong sense of shared connection that naturally arose.<\/p>\r\n

Our heartfelt thanks to Gen Tonglam for his kindness and clear, skilful guidance, and to everyone who attended and helped create such a meaningful gathering. Above all, thank you, Venerable Geshe-la, for making everything possible.<\/p>\r\n
