We were able to meditate on this practice, which contains the essential instructions of Heruka Body Mandala, and deeply enjoy such a powerful and transformative practice.<\/p>\r\n<p>Our sincere thanks to everyone who participated and made it possible, and especially to our kind Spiritual Guide for offering us such extraordinary and meaningful instructions.<\/p>\r\n<h3 id=\"item2\">The bliss of perfect freedom at KMC Manchester<\/h3>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"NKT-IKBU-KMC MANCHESTER-UK-IMG_4722\" src=\"https:\/\/kadampa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/NKT-IKBU-KMC-MANCHESTER-UK-IMG_4722.jpg\" alt=\"NKT-IKBU-KMC MANCHESTER-UK-IMG_4722\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1440\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>In January, the community at <a href=\"https:\/\/meditateinmcr.org\/\">KMC Manchester<\/a> enjoyed a wonderful day course with visiting Teacher Gen Kelsang Tilopa, the Resident Teacher of KMC Liverpool. We received inspiring and powerful teachings on how to develop pure renunciation. Thank you to Gen Tilopa and to everyone who attended this amazing event. It was lovely to see our center so full, with so many people receiving such inspiring teachings.<\/p>\r\n<h3 id=\"item3\">Vajrayogini DAy at KMC Rio<\/h3>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"NKT-IKBU-KMC RIO-BRAZIL-92a2b9ee-b2e2-4ea6-a10b-525676f9a4f2\" src=\"https:\/\/kadampa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/NKT-IKBU-KMC-RIO-BRAZIL-92a2b9ee-b2e2-4ea6-a10b-525676f9a4f2.jpg\" alt=\"NKT-IKBU-KMC RIO-BRAZIL-92a2b9ee-b2e2-4ea6-a10b-525676f9a4f2\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1440\" \/> The 10th of January, Vajrayogini Day, was a truly blessed day at <a href=\"https:\/\/meditario.org.br\/\">KMC Rio<\/a>. We welcomed people from various parts of Brazil for a full day of prayers. In the morning, we did Vajrayogini self-initiation, Heart Jewel in the afternoon, and <em>Offering to the Spiritual Guide<\/em> in the evening.<br \/>Thus, we ended the day filled with the blessings of all the Buddhas and with our hearts overflowing with joy!
