KBC Mahamudra Ticino - 2025 WhatsApp Image 2025-03-19 at 16.02.22\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1440\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>An old convent of Capuchin friars located in the mountains of Ticino was the setting for a retreat on Mahamudra meditation organized by KBC Menla of Locarno in Switzerland.<\/p>\r\n<p>Thirty participants were learning to go deeper into their hearts to discover the nature of consciousness and understand how to find freedom from delusions.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"NKT - We used analogies given by Buddha such as understanding that thoughts are like waves of an ocean: they arise and then dissolve again into the ocean of our mind in an endless continuum.
