Manjushri Centre is home to the
first Temple for World Peace built as part of the International
Temple's Project.
The Temple is designed to seat 750 people in the main section.
For the Festivals, temporary extensions are added to accommodate
the extra numbers.

"At the very beginning when we were designing this
building we based it on the mandala of Buddha Heruka, the
Compassion Buddha of Highest Yoga Tantra.
"From this point of view it has many special pre-eminent
qualities that indicate it is not an ordinary building.
"We built this Temple for future generations, not for
our own enjoyment, so that in the future people will have
a great opportunity to enjoy using this Temple to accomplish
inner peace and progress along the spiritual path to enlightenment."
