People who came for our end of year retreat started by cleaning …
preparing the Temple …
for our first Melodious Drum puja inside the Temple
On New Years day …
we held our first Amitayus puja …
with our National Spiritual Director, Kelsang Odro …
after which everyone wished each other a Happy New Year!
A wonderful retreat on Refuge was then led by Kadam Antonio Carlos
And on the 3rd of January immediately before puja …
a blue moon appeared in the sky!
And once again on the 25th of January, Heruka Day, early in the morning …
a glorious rainbow appeared in the sky before puja
We held a wonderful Day Course with Kelsang Odro…
which saw people arriving from afar …
and from many different centres…
to listen to …
clear and inspirational teachings …
on the nature and function of a Kadampa Temple
Over 60 people attended this first Day Course held at KMC Brazil
We then enjoyed a meaningful Sunday …
during which many people came to help
Everyone worked very hard and with sincere dedication …
for this auspicious Temple …
to become full of Sangha …
and for all obstacles to be removed …
so that Holy Dharma will flourish continuously …
for the benefit of all
